You provided a clean bed with a working AC and Fridge. Breakfast was OK. Not bad, not great, just OK. Did its job but personally wanted a meat option without the bread/biscuit sandwich component. Location is Awesome. Day time staff was very nice and easy to deal with. Smiled. Yes, that means alot to me when interacting with people.
The poor drainage in my bathtub/shower. Was standing in a pool of water from the very beginning. And I am former military and I do not take long showers. TV searching was cumbersome. Breakfast was just OK. See response above. Night clerk. Man, tell me you don't like your job without telling me you don't like your job. It's ok, as an ER Dr I often don't get to meet people at there best.

The location and that it felt homey and pets were allowed for an exceptionally good price.
One staff member was rude and a little intimidating. I thought she was a guest at first because when I saw her she was stuffing her backpack full of breakfast food. And when I had to get something by her she basically snarled at me. Very rude and not people friendly.

The young lady at the desk was awesome. The lobby looked very nice and clean. I didn't get the chance to eat breakfast because I left before 6 am but I'm sure it is good. The room was nice, spacious, and clean.
The early morning front desk guy was standoffish, not very user-friendly. Some of the room's outlets didn't seem to work when I tried to charge my phone.
