It was clean. The bed was comfortable. It looked nice as well.
The limited tv stations. Only 1 chair in the room.

I moved here for a job and the job started before I found a lease the staff is friendly and professional. It's been a good experience.
Kinda expensive 1400 for 2 weeks.

The location and the price
I've repeatedly had trouble with the door(s) not locking properly, over several visits, and, the key cards not working. That's very concerning to me, as a solo woman traveler. Also; the water pressure is non-existent. The water takes forever to warm up. At least the toilets flush completely.
