staff were friendly
cleanliness. the bathroom had a musty smell. it did not seem like the bathroom floors were mopped. they did provide a pack n play but there was a bug in it when i opened it up. housekeeping just seemed lazy. a tray and towel stayed by the elevator for 2 days before getting picked up.
