The staff went above and beyond to settle me into my room.

I liked we had a full kitchen, my daughter had a kitchenette.
The creepy hill freaked me out, but that's not the hotel's problem

The hotel is very clean and comfortable.
Sandy and Susan are always available to help in any way and are friendly and welcoming.
Needs a little continental breakfast—yogurt, bagels, etc.

The room was very cute and the value was excellent.
No washcloths or face towels. The refrigerator had to be unplugged because it was so noisy. No decaf coffee. On Booking.com it said there were breakfast items. The lobby didn't open until 10am and we were gone by 8am.
