When we were checking in, there was no staff at the front desk. You check in on a kiosk with a remote employee. The room was clean.
The towels are pretty small and low quality.

Parking was plentiful & the young lady that checked us in was awesome.
It wasn't as close to the Festival we were there for as I thought. Upstairs, no elevators. Our room was being repaired when we got there, so we took the next room over. It was small for a double, but adequate.

Close proximity to UCSB for move in day. Price. I appreciated that they gave us a ground floor room when I requested it.
The bathroom was not clean. The shower had mildew everywhere and the toilet was not clean. See attached pictures of the shower walls. Mold was in plain sight.
