Baymont by Wyndham Boardman

the location was good. very central to places to eat and stores. The breakfast was adequate - typical continental fare. With the exception of one individual the staff was very nice and helpful.

one staff member was very rude. Didn't get his name but he worked the reception desk at 2:35pm. I arrived at the hotel at 2:35pm and asked if my room might be ready that I could check in a little early. Check in time was 3pm. The staff member reply in a very rude tone that "check in was at 3pm". His tone made me very mad and instead of arguing I turned around and left. I sat in my car until 3:05pm. When I went back in there was a new person at the desk. That gentleman was very polite and nice. He even helped me carry my bag to the second floor and apologized profusely for the way I was treated the first time I came in. Being told no was not a problem, being spoken to in a rude tone was. I did not see the first man any other time during my stay and I will say I was very glad about that.

No hot breakfast Coffee was horrible Bathroom light only one bulb that worked.

The property was decent. Pretty clean. Updated bathrooms.

The door to our bedroom was on level and stuck at the bottom

Pillows and bed were comfy. Convenient location

One of the tvs didn’t work. Booked room with jacuzzi tub and the jets did not work. The bottom of the tubs were dirty. Room looked very unfinished and unprofessional with the paint and look
