I liked the mountain setting and proximity to downtown Waynesville.
I didn’t much care for the “Continental” breakfast. Way too continental for us. If you up charge for a second floor mountain view, make sure you can see clearly out if the window. Ugh.

Bedding was fabulous. Actually was good and quiet
The neighbor in adjacent room noisy and bumping walls beyond reason

Good location off of the highway. The property was older but the room was clean with a nice television.
We could hear everything said in the room next to us and they were not being overly loud. Older property with a super small bathroom. Uncomfortable bed that squeaked every time I moved.
