Overall, I loved this hotel. Location was great, staff was amazingly nice, food was great, specially the breakfast which was a la carte, not like the typical breakfast buffet. Room was on the small side but very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great stay.
Nothing.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided free drinks and snacks which was a nice little perk.
We paid for a premium room and the room was small without any room to put luggage or hang anything up. This was my fourth trip to New York and this was by far the smallest room I have stayed in. The room promised city views but there was no view to be had and we were on the 23rd floor. The lifts were very slow and we were waiting up to 10 minutes to get a lift at some points.

Room was very small - was told we we would get rooms with 2 beds and ended up in very small rooms. Aircon is too loud.
