Wonderful location, right in old town.
Rooms and interior of the property is rundown and below par for the price they are charging. There is a small restaurant on the property that is also which is like a afterthought just to say they had a restaurant. The breakfast is expensive and is of the same quality as is free and most motels at this price point.

It was a cute place with a great location to downtown! It was super clean as well!

Great location. Easy walk to Folsom Old Town, adjacent to a great trail network, close to light rail station allowing for car free getaway.
Venue hosts significant a number of weddings, reunions, etc. Loud music played until 10:30 PM on Saturday night making it difficult to relax.

The location was perfect! Needs were clean. Small pool was heated and enjoyable.
Walls are paper thin. I can hear the beginners making love all night. Luckily, my children were knocked out. I can hear music and a DJ until 2am. Needless to say, it was terrible sleep.
