Riverside Hotel, BW Premier Collection

The staff was the friendliest I had ever met. We only stayed at the hotel for a few hours then had to leave back home due to a family emergency-we wish we could have stayed overnight and had the breakfast everyone was raving about it.

I very much appreciated. The customer service that I received. However, it was concerning when I did check in because the employee could not find my reservation. I had made the reservation on October 5th. She had to call Booking.com and speak with someone and was hung up on. She continued to be very persistent and was able to get through to someone and they were able to figure out what was going on and why she couldn’t find the reservation. Her name was Maddie and she was very professional. We were able to figure out what the issue was and she resolved it and I went on my way.

Everything was amazing!

Superb location. Wonderful place to walk and enjoy the river and parks.

You could really hear the noise from the upper floor. Getting hot water from the shower was tricky.

Location and access to river walk is excellent.

Room is outdated and dark. We also booked a room with a view and were stuck in a corner room with a view of a roof covered in bird droppings. Property felt crowded.
