Staff were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a large, bright room, coffee machine provided. Bed extremely comfy.Complimentary breakfast also provided. Plenty of parking. The Sugar Pine train is 2 minutes walk away from the hotel which would have been lovely to go on if we'd have had time. Unfortunately too cold to use out door swimming pool.
Nothing.

The location was very good- easy drive into the park- and quiet. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very good. We ate there both nights of our stay.
This is an older property and is well maintained, but some of the furnishings could be updated. We had a large bureau in our room that was useless and a luggage rack would have been a much better use of the space.

Hadn't expected breakfast food, but nice friendly supply of items. Employees were all nice and helpful. We loved the beautiful, peaceful setting. Great to be by the railroad.

Overall the location and the surroundings are great… the is a charm to the outside of the whole complex …
I think I’m being totally honest by saying that it didn’t feel clean ( bathroom: floor dusty , spiders/ webs and lack of lighting in the very small shower was an issue ….
The room was cold and the only source of heat was loud and old ….
