Hotel bedroom was comfortable and location great staff were wonderful
Only problem was the bathroom very small I have long legs and had to turn sideways to use the toilet as sink is almost right against toilet

The customer service was outstanding. Drink at Check in was a surprise and breakfast delivered to room the next morning was a great addition.
The location(are) is somewhat sketchy.

The room was clean and comfortable
The location is in a pretty shady looking area with shady looking people walking around and we did not feel comfortable going outside once we were checked in. We were asked at check in if we wanted some fresh baked cookies delivered to our room and never received them! Also ordered to our room and didn’t receive it either along with some other folks I talked to at the checkout desk!

"Offer of wine and cookies on arrival was nice. Washer (with soap) and dryer for a quick free load. Breakfast dropped off in morning. Really above/beyond expectations."
