the staff was helpful, and pleasant. the morning breakfast was good.
the tv in the room would not work, the desk clerk came to our room to try to fix and we could not get a signal. he mentioned a possible partial refund, i have not seen anything. the side doors not working was an inconvenience

Deedee at front desk- she was awesome! Was grateful to have a nice, safe place to stay to get away from the storm, and somewhere that is pet friendly! Very comfy beds and cozy room. :)
On the downside, the elevator was bumpy and the pool and hot tub were closed. It was a pricy stay, especially with the pet deposit, so this was a disappointment. I was also shocked to see a tattered flag on the flag pole- especially in tropical storm conditions. Flag etiquette is a thing, and this is disrespectful to our great country and our armed forces.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly.
The tub in our room didn’t drain properly. Sheets had stains and found a huge cockroach the bathroom.
