Big and comfortable room, great pool and lake, nice staff
Room was above noisy outdoor AC units, so we couldn't enjoy the balcony as it was quite noisy

Everything! The complimentary welcome drinks were a nice touch as well as the free bicycle rentals. Fantastic location with beautiful facilities.
Nothing!

Excellent location and great staff
Spa service was nice, but no bathroom in the spa and no amenities.

The location is great, the hotel is beautiful
The hotel is understaffed and over booked… the restaurant, guest services, and front desk are lacking in staff and services. The spa was fully booked weeks before arrival. I feel the hotel is very understaffed.
