Good location. Staff friendly. Breakfast bar great, had a good selection
The commode in my room leaked. Probably needs a new ball.

Location and pet friendly
Seems like maintenance has gone down hill. Mattress not comfortable. Air conditioner struggling not cooling correctly causing room to be very humid. A few left behind items in the room from previous guest that should have been notice by housekeeping. Pool up keep not very good.

It was close to to my visiting location. It appeared to be clean. Customer service was nice.
I an handicap with Chronic Spinal and knee pain. I have COPD. The elevator was inoperable. Eventhough I asked for a room on the bottom floor, due my disability, I was told that there was no vacancies and placed on the 2nd floor. It took me 30 minutes to get to my room, after a coupleof trips up the stairs iot get my belongings to the room. The individual at the desk didn't offer any assistance. Very dissatisfied with that. I never use a hotel without a elevator.
