We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We went down the street for a hot breakfast (omelets and pancakes). The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable.
The windows were really dirty so we didn’t enjoy not enjoy our view.

Walking to everything
There were some updates, the lobby was ok. Room clean but small. Bed comfortable. Not enough electrical outlets. Breakfast was dismal. Bagged pastry-like items that were not fresh. Coffee was OK.
