Great location, nice staff, and easy check in.
While everything was clean, the property is a bit old.

This is a great budget hotel in a good location. Keep in mind that on a flat map, this hotel appears to be within walking distance to some places, but there are a lot of hills in Branson, some of them pretty steep, so unless you are looking for a leg workout get a rental car.
Pros: great low room rate (early October), clean room, comfortable bed, lots of free parking, free continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, great location, they still use regular keys.
Sure the decor is dated, but cleanliness always outranks decor in my book so not a big deal, especially for such a low room rate. The breakfast is adequate to start your day, if you are expecting more offerings, stay at another hotel with a higher room rate.
I interacted with several employees during my stay and they were all very friendly and extremely helpful.
Cons: Why do they shut down the pool even if the weather is still hot? No self serve pay laundry

Got amazing value for what I had spent on 2 rooms, the outside was misleading, but inside the room was very clean and appealing. Would 100% visit again.
The shower head was a little short, but nothing I couldn't make work.
