There was confusion with Bookings side and Best Western in recognizing my confirmation number because they stated it was a Bookings confirmation, and not Best Western.. Once I provided the Best Western confirmation email it made it a lot easier prior to that they didn't think I had a RSVP and turned my friend away. He was in a panic after driving 8 hours and we had a small dog without a place to stay. I went in and talked to the clerk and we were able to straighten things out. My only criticism is that maybe she could have inquired for some more information and problem solved, prior to just sending him away..
I had left my medicine container and they immediately called me once they found it in the room. The staff and manager went completely out of their way to send it to my location. The manager left his business location and drove it to a local business and partnered with the manager to box it and send my medication to me. I was pleasantly surprised by this action and relieved. He saved me from having to drive a hundred miles back to the hotel. A very kind act that many establishments do not do anymore.

Love love love the beautiful lobby!
Tub spout in room was whopper-jawed and tub filled up while showering. Drainage was a problem.

The location is convenient and the property is reasonably clean.
This hotel needs to be updated for the price they are charging. It is so expensive for what you get. The bathroom feels old, and the furniture also could use some updating.
