Front desk was extremely welcoming & friendly, great service.
Furniture is a little dated but clean

The location is good, shops and cafes are nearby within walking distance.
The room was poorly cleaned. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty, the towels had black stains, and there was hair from previous guests everywhere!

Great location, right off the interstate and close to restaurants and stores.
I think this is a problem in a lot of hotels but the integrated plugs in the headboards do not work well for devices like wall chargers or ungrounded plugs. The connection is loose and does not tightly secure the plug.

breakfast was lacking but adequate, bed was good, air conditioner was very adjustable
our door was missing a safety latch and the toilet was loose on the floor, debris in corners
