Clean, quiet, family run by people who care about providing quality lodging at a bargain price point. Especially in the Nashville area, the value can’t be beat if you’re looking for basic accommodations. Plus the Sanders Ferry Pizza & Pub across the street has tasty pizza and an excellent selection of local brews on tap.

Slight stale odor from a/c, but not unexpected for an older building. Breakfast consists basically of a coffee pot and vending machine pastries, but TBF it’s a generous offer at this price point.

Location was perfect just off Main road central to everything you need in Hendersonville. Drive to Nashville about 20 minutes without traffic. Area was clean and quiet.

Monica. Seems she has a lot of value to the owner to be working there so long, but her attitude could use improvement - she communicates as if she's anticipating a problem and in doing so, ended up creating one. I had to flat out ask her why she was giving us the 3rd degree and she changed her tune, but it really shouldn't have to get to that point.
