Having the ability to launch your boat, dock it and store your trailer on property is great. The location is great for fishing the 7 mile bridge, patch reefs or heading out deep.

Location outside is beautiful. Pier, beach, clean pool, lots of parking and so quiet!
We stayed in unit 6. A couple things to consider:
Sun is so bright and there are no curtains. The bedroom especially needs them . Sun comes right in.
Can you spare more hangers? There were 3 , and all mismatched.
No bathroom outlet, inconvenient .
Floors could use a mopping. We got the towels and bath mat dirty from the get go. Felt gritty.
