Outside property needs a great deal of work

Super friendly, helpful staff, and the accommodations exceeded my expectations based on hotels with similar price ranges.

Hair dryer didn’t work.

The location is right off the highway, easy to navigate around Hancock, MD, Berkley Springs, WV, and the Western Md Rail Trail. I did not see an elevator, so if that is an issue for someone hopefully a first floor is provided. Room was clean, mattress was firm (if you like that), toiletries readily available, working fridge and microwave. Nice there is an ice machine on the first floor. Decent hotel coffee available for breakfast with milk in fridge - no creamers. I had the back of the hotel away from the highway, so relatively quiet.

Could not access wi-fi, I wasn't there for TV usage but minimal local channels. Dismal breakfast, but I saw other reviews, so I was prepared: two choices of cereal, oatmeal pouches, Oreo Cookies (chocolate and vanilla) and a couple (2) of packaged danish type snack. No protein if that is your thing - go find a place to eat or hit the gas station around the corner for something more substantial. Price was a bit more than I would have paid for what was offered - last minute change of plans and a festival that had other places filled.
