The area was nice the room was clean but it still smelled of weed.
When we got to our room we had 2 bath towels no hand towels and no washcloths.

The location of the hotel was excellent for easy access to Bear Ranch , the Durango Hot Springs, Honeyville & the Durango Silverton train. There was a grocery store across the street from the hotel to buy food and cut cost from restaurants.
The property was easy to find and nice. I really appreciated the price I paid for my room that came with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The cable tv was great as well as the WiFi
Which I used.

Location
Air conditioner was constantly running even on auto . Very loud too. Bathroom door did not shut quietly,, you had push it shut. The ceiling has a big bubble in the paint. The light in the bathroom buzzed when turned on. The parking lot and sidewalk had trash on it.
