The room was clean and comfortable, team were friendly. The reception area looks lovely on arrival.
Plastic cutlery and plastic cups are used at breakfast, the food is almost entirely in plastic packaging and everything goes into the same bin. If you need a napkin or a fork or spoon, you have to open a plastic packet containing the plastic knife, fork, napkin, salt and pepper. It's hugely unsustainable and unlike any of the other four hotels or inns we stayed in during our trip to New England. For this alone we wouldn't have stayed here if we'd known. We expected to be closer to local amenities and whilst we were within walking distance of Rockport, it was a fair walk. We have to take reponsibility for not researching better as we also expected there was a bar on site too.

It’s a very convenient location for my activities in the area. Proximity to Rockport and the commuter rail is fabulous. To have breakfast included is a desired amenity for me.
I booked for a 5 day visit. I understand protocol has changed for housekeeping, but I think at least one day is appropriate. I don’t require much but at least trash pick up.

Ok location. Friendly staff. Clean.
Outdated old. Part of it was updated but the room we got wasn't. Had a new bathroom, but the rest of the room definitely needed updating. Paint peeling, etc. Room had two queen beds but would have preferred one King. The continental breakfast had the very minimal that a continental breakfast could possibly have.
