Location for concert
Having to use disposable cutlery, paper plates and cups.
Reception staff just appeared to look miserable every time I walked by.

Lobby area
Front desk not very friendly specially at check out. Swimming pool towels not available during my overnight stay. I did not request towels at front desk due to inconvenient access layout. Once you make it outdoors you don't have time to go all the way back in to ask for towels that should be available already. I tried in the afternoon when I arrived and in the morning before leaving. No towels replenished.

Every thing was good until check out we never received our deposit and when I called they said it was returned to the card I taped but gave me a last four digit card I don’t even own. Not sure what happened but was cut short $150
