Meeting Kim at the front desk. Perfect customer service experience. She is a true professional in all regards and treated me and my granddaughters very well. This was my experience the whole weekend when interacting with Kim!!!
Nothing stands out. Everything was surprisingly well done, well provided and well received. We were so excited to have this experience, one where nothing was not liked.!!!

The room was good for one or two people, the bathroom was clean and user friendly.
There is a grocery store next door and several restaurants within walking distance.
I was on a bike trip and appreciated the motorcycle only parking.
The refrigerator was unplugged but I wasn't in need of it anyway.
The first night I stayed there was no WIFI, but the 2nd night it worked fine.

location was great everything was nearby. the workers were super nice! the room was great and loved the jacuzzi tub!
the tv was older so it only picked up a couple basic channels. the jacuzzi tub drain would leak the water out so had to keep filling it with water.

Didn't have the breakfast but the location was good, the microwave needs updating 317.
The breakfast options and the microwave and larger soap and a iron for the room would've been great.
