The location, comfortable bed, great hot shower, fast wifi
I have stayed at Parker’s many times. It’s a typical, older, White Mountain. It’s clean, comfortable, and in driving and walking distance to tons of trailheads, downtown Lincoln, and other tourist areas. The owner/staff are so lovely and welcoming. They have been working hard on updates and upgrades.

The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, had a fridge and micro.
Window hardware was a little outdated in some cases.
