Location Staff friendly and helpful

Mattress had a wave to it very uncomfortable, kept rolling to side Refrigerator door was difficult to close, there was a piece of wood propping it level Damage in bathroom ( door and one towel rack) why would stain to upholstered bench not be removed when room cleaned?

- Nice and walkable neighborhood - Couple of cafes and restaurants around the building - Big room

- The room wasn’t clean (a lot of dust, we could smell the cigarettes and carpet needs a wash) - A bit of noise from the highway - Personnel seemed to be irritated by the fact that we checked in 30 min before the end of the day
