Loved the location to downtown Helena. It was exceptionally clean. Whoever cleaned the room left us a note and a little ducky. So welcoming. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great! All the staff were fabulous and friendly! Would definitely stay again especially for the value.
They are currently updating some things so be prepared for something a little untraditional when it comes to location of breakfast. However, breakfast and staff were still wonderful. No complaints.

The facility was nicely updated. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very nice. The place was very clean. The beds were so comfortable. I loved the pillows. It seems they are still updating the hotel, so the breakfast area was a little make-shift but still very nice and accommodating.
The walls were paper thin. You could hear everyone talking outside, not just closing doors but also opening them. You could hear people next door in their rooms talking, coughing, flushing toilets and their TV. You could hear people talking in the halls and exterior doors open and close. You could hear people upstairs walking around.

Breakfast was included in the price and was decent.
Shower was low pressure, like most of these types of hotels.
