The Steve was very friendly and helpful especially the lady at the front desk. Her name was Donna. She helped me so much. I had a tiny little problem with the booking, but she made it happen and worked well.
On the floor, where I stayed there must have been a smoking room because I smelt Mariana all over the floor. Sometimes I actually just came into my room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly if I had a few problems checking in, but that's more because I'm at the moment a little bit slow with everything because I just recently had surgery on my right hand purpose. The staff was very helpful.
In the breakfast room, it would be nice if that would be a second trashcan because you have to walk through half of the room too to get to the big trashcan specially close to the coffee bar would be nice to have a trash
