Room was clean, easy to get to room. Ice machine and drinks on each floor. Good breakfast with variety included with stay. No deposit required at check in. Nice pool and hot tub although we didnt get to use them during our stay. Parking convenient.
Pillows were not comfortable.

Breakfast was simple, would like to have some bananas or fresh fruit. But it was decent and held us over til lunch time :)
We like to play cards, it would be nice to have some kind of fold up card table

Breakfast
When I booked the room I explicitly explained that I was handicapped and needed a room large enough to bring my scooter or electric wheelchair to plug it in and a handicapped bath. I also explicitly put on the reservation that I travel with a service animal. I understand Coal Dust is not the typical service animal, but I can't walk a dog anymore or lift one. I have had 3 spine surgeries and can't lift. Coal Dust detects my debilitating migraines and service panic attacks. He is registered with US service animals. After having driven 7.5 hours to get there I did not appreciate having to stand there 20- 30 minutes while being told I hadn't requested. I pulled up the reservation on my phone and she still argued with me about both the handicapped room and my service animal. She kept arguing that they did not allow pets. I said he is a service animal.
When we got upstairs upon entering the bathroom the toilet paper had be soaked in rust color liquid and dried like that. My son went down to tell the desk about it. The same smartalic woman that had just gave me a hard time said what do you want me to do? My son was like a clean roll would be great. She watched us whenever we came in or went watched us like we were trying to steal something There was a brown stain on the wall and a brown stain on the bath mat. The second day I stepped out of the shower and it turned red, so I sprayed Thieves cleaner on the wall turn red like blood. Thieves cleaner is pale yellow. That is disgusting!!!!!
