Beautiful property with lots of elegant scenery. Our balcony over looked the pool and the lake/park below Loved the all day access to the pool & gym. Ice machine was near by. Comfy bed, blackout curtains and a quiet atmosphere made for a great nights sleep.
I wish parking wasn’t $40/night

The location was perfect; we were in town to visit with our two sons over the Thanksgiving holiday. One lives in Newport Beach and the other in Anaheim. We were very conveniently located between both locations. Our room was comfortable and clean. The public areas of the hotel were festively decorated for the holidays, which was nice. The staff was very helpful, and when there was an issue with our bill after we had checked out and gone home, it was resolved with a quick phone call.
The only negative was the toilet paper in our room's bathroom was cheap single ply, which seemed out of place in an otherwise upscale room.

Location-the room was a little smaller but the balcony was nice to have open for fresh air
The overwhelming perfume to”mask” the damp smell throughout the hotel. Updated carpet in the common walkways would help the smell. Parking was atrocious. They booked a huge event (well over 150 people) during a fully booked weekend, leaving guests to use VIP (great guys btw). Room service, nice attendant-Food was MID AT BEST, prepackaged sliced turkey and soggy sourdough bread.
