Lovely big 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, especially close to Epic Universe! Very clean and well equipped. Air con worked well. Nice balcony and very spacious throughout. Easy instructions to access and exit the property. Extremely quiet at night. Would definitely stay again
Blocked bathroom sink and bath. Had to use the plunger a few times as wouldn’t drain.
Great washing machine but no airer to hang anything on.

Loved the proximity to universal and sea world parks. Loved that there is a chick fila, Walgreens and Publix super close to the building.
Toilets in both bathrooms didn’t operate properly and the fitness center, hot tub and pool were not that large for the amount of people they should be accommodating. We also arrived at night time and found it very hard to figure out where our building was because the numbers were not lit up.
