Location is amazing.
The sofa was beat up and the a/c wasn’t really fully working.

Localization
The room's balcony and the sidewalks need better cleaning, and the spigots on the water dispensers provided in the park need a thorough washing.

Location
Not too much to do and nothing included in the price. For what we paid we did not even get continental breakfast. Even in less expensive hotels we get breakfast included.
