BEST part of the stay was Jamir.
Jamir is a fantastic asset to the Sands Team.
Friendly, personable and gave great suggestions on dining. I would stay there again just based on Jamir’s Customer Service skills and personality.

I liked that the room was clean and I liked the decor of the room . It was cozy and comfortable. My husband stayed here for 1 night and it was nice and close to everything we wanted to see in the area. We enjoyed the choices for breakfast as well.
one of the bedside lights seemed to be broken, and it seemed like the jets in the spa were not working at all the night we were there . It was kind of a bummer because we had visited Morro bay that day that we checked in and did a lot of walking. We used the spa but it could have been better. jets weren't working right and it wasn't hot enough

It was clean decent and nice.
The t v did not work. And when I called downstairs and spoke with the gentleman, he did not know how to fix the problem. We can hear the t v but could not see it.

Didn’t like that it was hard to get any sort of hot water was turning the shower on and off and waiting for it to warm up but I can understand that in the morningthe water takes some time to warm up but you mean to tell me 10mins and nothing, bed seemed to feel like it was broken as soon as you were to lay down or sit, hard to have any sort of entertainment with the TV, where you would want to hand the little hand towel was broken but the parts were under the sink.
