The temperature had just dropped after we got there and the gas fireplaces were on outside and I absolutely love that. Also, if I had brought my bathing suit, I would swam in the heated pool

The beds were comfortable. The guy that checked us in was awesome! The pool(s) are very nice.
No chairs on the balconies. Had to move rooms due to a bed that had fresh stains all over the sheets. One of the front desk clerks at checkout was incredibly rude when I asked about the discount I was promised for the inconvenience.

Very neat and clean
There’s nothing I didn’t like

It had potential. It's almost right off the highway, which made it easy to get to. The splash pad for kids looked cool, tough we didn't get to use it.
The room was gross. There were dead bugs, cobwebs, and one very large live spider. The room needed a good cleaning. The location is meh, even a little sketchy at night. There are better locations at better rates and cleaner rooms.
