It was a good value and the rooms were clean. I also liked that there were parking spaces. The s’mores were fun!
It was a little further out from the main part of town; however, Ouray is small and walking a little further into town was not a big deal for our group.

The location is just outside of Quray proper and there is a good little convenience store down the street. Its right off of Main, but you dont hear any road noise.
Not a single thing.

Fire pit in the evening was nice. The ingredients for s’mores were provided.
Bed had a metallic creaky noise.

The location was good. Nice trail along the river behind property and easy walk to town
Our room was right in front so we heard highway noise. Our room only had a portable air conditioner which was very loud. The bed was small, not comfortable.
