All carpeting needs updating. Very dusty under beds. Only breakfast choice was expensive buffet. Only 1 of 2 close elevators working

The hotel is nicely decorated and it is in a good location.
Most rooms are NOT lake view. So if you are choosing this hotel to see the floatplanes on Lake Hood, you will be disappointed.
