The manager on duty (Silas) was very friendly, and very helpful in finding us an alternative room when the first one smelled like cigarette smoke.
The first room smelled like smoke (see above), and the second room smelled a bit musty, and the hot tub jets were not working properly. Other than that, all was good!

The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows smelled faintly of bleach (good!) . The staff were friendly .
My room was not very clean in places . The floor was a little grubby with a faint dirt paw print (dog friendly hotel ) next to the bed which I wiped up . THe toilet bowl had a large amount of black mold growing under the rim and the toilet bowl itself was not very clean .
