Was a nice quiet place to stay.

The rooms were clean. It was walking distance from the town activities and trolley stop.

The mattresses, pillows and bedspreads need to be replace.

Location was great.

The bed was hard as a rock. It squeaked so loud every time we moved, and we rolled to the center of the bed. My husband and I were miserable. Wr woke up multiple times a night due to how uncomfortable it was, leaving us sleep deprived and unable to enjoy our trip as much as we could have, had we slept well. The pull out bed was no better. The couch was completely broken down. Furniture was broken and missing doors. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Great location - short walk to Gatlinburg Parkway, so no worry about parking.

There were no coffee supplies, no salt and pepper, which wasn’t a big deal just putting it here so others will know to bring those items.
