Newly renovated and very clean!
Initial check-in smooth. However discovered discrepancy in room size relative to original reservation. Brought it to the attention to front desk personnel. Escalated to Booking.com rep to request resolution. Hotel owner called and addressed problem and eventually provided resolution to customer satisfaction. Overall stay was comfortable. Breakfast items could be improved.

Very disappointed in the area they have the continental breakfast set up. It is the office. NO AREA TO SET AND EAT OTHER THAN OUTSIDE . Not a comfortable area to enjoy breakfast.

Location
No AC in room with 90° plus temperatures, lack of overnight parking (both nights had to call for assistance on where to park) and why is breakfast available at 8am not any earlier?
