The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is so cozy, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a lot of little details that make your stay nice- like fresh cookies in the afternoon, tea/coffee station and snack station.
Wasn’t an issue for us as we had a car but to keep in mind it is 25min walk from city center- not the best location if you plan to not rent a car.

Excellent big room and comfortable bed.
A bit out of town but there is a shuttle service.

I wouldn’t call it a resort or luxurious, but it was very comfortable and inviting. The staff was super accommodating and our room was very comfortable after a long day out in the elements. It’s not walking distance to town, but they offer a shuttle which is very helpful. I would stay again.
Coffee, morning coffee is so important to so many people. Having room service or a carafe in the hall would have clinched it. Keurigs are out and real milk with real coffee is where it’s at
Room service would be nice
Restaurant could look more like a restaurant than a hotel lobby
