I've stayed a various places in Bakersfield over the years and keep coming back to this motel. I'm going to just stay here for now on. This is a great motel. Extremely clean, great wifi, tv, extremely comfortable. They have a breakfast (bagels, toast, waffles, orange juice etc) that was perfect for me (bagel, coffee and OJ). But it's located very close to a lot of restaurants. In fact, almost next door there's a wonderful butffet style restaurant. HIGHLY recommended since I've come here often over the years and decided. Why go anywhere else? It's perfect.
No complaints at all.

The price was good for a Friday night. The desk and breakfast attendants were friendly. Good water pressure. It was easy to get to.
The outdated property photos online. The room looked like it had seen about 10 hard years of wear since those photos were taken. The condition of the room was poor. Holes in the wall, faulty wall outlet (lamp turned off every time we sat on the bed), hallway smelled like diapers, in a heavily homeless area, constant foot traffic of druggies walking past. Didn’t see any inside the property gates but felt unsafe being outside at night. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, banana, coffee and orange juice.
