At first I was given a very small room with no desk/table and no chair or to sit on. Only the bed. RM 164 is not a good room! Way to small to be a handicap room. I went to front desk and told them this. At first the guy there apparently didn't believe me, said let me see the room! 🤨
So I showed him, mind you I had to walk all the way down the hallway for this with a bad knee😳. The entrance I go in, the room is first one to left!
Anyway he saw it and mumbled under his breath why isn't there a desk or chair in here!! So I had to walk all the way back down the hallway in pain to the front desk. He then gave me the room straight across to which is the one I was sent a picture of when I booked it. I showed him the picture in the beginning, and he said I do know why booking.com used that picture. I said apparently because you have these rooms! 🤔
That room 165 was very nice, big and very comfortable!
That I was first given a very small uncomfortable room for it being disabled accessible! Also the back of the coffee pot where water goes in 2nd room was filthy! I had to use microwave to heat water for tea.

The room and hallways were clean. Availability of Coffee and Tea was excellent. The checkin process and the checkout process were simple. Adding the pet to the reservation was met with significant ease. The cleaning staff talked to us and welcomed our little dog as we were passing them. We felt like valued guests.
Messages sent to the hotel through the messaging system went unanswered prior to arrival. Ended up having to contact the hotel via phone after waiting 3 days for a response. The listing stated that breakfast was a rotating menu for hot items, but we only witnessed the exact same breakfast options all 4 days, well except for the 4th day when one of the breakfast items was listed as "ran out".
