Clean room, very friendly and responsive staff. Good value / price, good location, safe area, quiet.
The breakfast is more basic than other (but pricier) places. No hot food - scrambled eggs, waffle machine, etc. but it is fine. It is a trade off for the price point and not a negative.

For $67 a night this was outstanding! Very clean, everything worked, added extras - soap, etc. Quiet, parking right outside the door (literally haha), felt safe, and next door to the cheapest gas in PA! If you want all the takeouts, chain restaurants, and usual stores, they are all within walking distance. And a super central location for all things Amish.
There are zero frills, but for $67 a night you get clean, safe, hot water, comfy bed and a fridge. Which is all I needed.
I swear Noah had those towels in the ark. So thin, so old, so small :-(

I booked this motel so I could back my car in and unload , unfortunately the spot in front of my room was usually occupied by someone else . I believe spot should designated with your room number !
The motel is used mainly I believe by folks on the road , not visiting Lancaster . When the checked in in the evening usually noises and people smoking outside or near my door , being pulled in by my AC !
Some of the people I must think where of questionable nature ,couldn’t say for sure but was uneasy those nights

The room was extremely clean and I loved that they use mattress encasements. The view of the farms when you sit outside under the gazebo was tremendous.
The overall feel was a bit rundown. Although it was very clean, there was alot of damage to walls, paint chipping. And as soon as you walk into the office, you get hit with the smell of curry. That was way too much, it kept us from partaking in the free breakfast.

"Great location. Owners on site 24/7 and went out of their way to satisfy you. Older motel but super clean and well taken care of. Breakfast had great coffee, juice, cold and hot cereal, bagels/fixin..."
