The location. Adjourning rooms.
The building could use an upgrade, only one elevator worked that was very slow, and mold was on the ceiling in my bathroom. The lamp between the beds and chargers did not work.

clean an quiet area
The fact that we were told that they only gave the bottom floor to certain people, even if it’s requested

Decent location
The room reeked of smoke, needed upgrading, ceiling stuff falling off, the mini fridge was not cleaned from last guests….

"The location was perfect. George and his staff were polite and helpful. They even provided a welcome snack pack, which was very thoughtful."
