We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The room was very quaint and charming. The pool (and DJ) were fun! We also enjoyed the hot tub. Although we didn't take advantage of the bar or other amenities, we would DEFINITELY recommend El Rey!
The carpet in the room was a little "funky." We would recommend throw rugs that compliment the carpet.

Comfortable bed . And quiet. Liked that they have all the amenities on the property, although we didn’t have time to partake it is nice to know . They have a bar spa, pool, .we did have time to have a latte and toast the next morning at the food truck they have there. Very quaint and was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the morning sun.
Bathrooms are quite small.

Very comfortable room and bed. Quiet. Good blackout shades. Good fairly quiet heating and air conditioning. Helpful staff. Nice bar.
Not very good coffee in room or lobby. No tea in room.

the motel has great vibes, staff and warm inviting atmosphere. very comfortable bed
the walls were paper thin, I could hear our next door neighbor watching tv, phone conversations, and their snoring. not to mention all of the car traffic passing by due to single pane windows and being near the front of the motel. Could use some sprucing up in the bathroom, had some busted tiles.
