Location and the value. Very close to the highway.
The pullout sofá had a filthy mattress and should probably be replaced in room 210. We had a guest with us that had to leave because it was so dirty. Also there was a dirty wash cloth hanging in the bathroom before we arrived.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well.
I visited the breakfast area Sunday morning. The eggs were gone, not replenished. The biscuits were cold as well as the sausage gravy. I did not eat anything.

Location cleanliness. Staff courteous
Crack in mirror. Couldn’t put the lever down for shower/ stayed in shower mode. Window needs blinds. Curtains not enough covering

Close to CNU. Decent TV. That’s about it.
Mattress looks like it was made during the Regan administration. Hard as a rock with big craters in the middle. Also the fire alarm went off twice while there and was turned off pretty quickly but still disturbed me.
