Convenient and friendly,
Room was not ready after 3pm, had to wait or leave.

The location is fantastic! The front desk, Justin especially, were so lovely and helpful.
Loud, thin walls, HVAC unit extremely loud and obnoxious, not the cleanest I’ve ever stayed, hair and dust bunnies on the headboard, sheets on inside out and barely hanging on to the corners.. lights are all pretty bright, so no soft light option for late night wind down.

The bed was very comfy. The sleeping area was fine. It was just the bathroom that I had an issue with. The staff was super helpful at check-in. This young man was amazing. He pointed out places to eat and things in the area. Breakfast was pretty good.
There was no shampoo or body wash. The bathroom floor was sticky, in the shower there was other people’s hair on the wall. There were also only four tissues shoved into the tissue box instead of replacing the box they just shoved a bunch in. I had to clean down the wall and the floor.
