Convenient
Kibble on the floor. Blood on the duvet. Checked in about 9:00pm after an afternoon college football game (paid over $250 as a result). The desk clerk did not seem to be familiar with checking in. At 11:00pm our room phone rang (we were asleep)… it was the front desk asking whether we had a dog (we did not). We have stayed here before and been satisfied with the facility. This time was not satisfactory.
